Reservation Supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years experience in reservations
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Good command of English (both spoken and written)
Experience in hotel or resort environment
Knowledge of OTA platforms
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
