We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Administrator and Auditor to support the oversight of quality assurance and quality control activities across major construction projects. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is instrumental in ensuring that all engineering, procurement, and construction work meets project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Administrator and Auditor shall assist the quality manger in managing the Amman quality control and assurance programs by:

Quality Lead Auditor – will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining the project audit plan (PAP). They will be the lead auditor of audits performed by the Amman quality department. In the case where the EPCM (or any contractual variation of that acronym) is performing an audit;

They will participate as witnesses of Amman

Establish POAs (Points of Audit)

Coordinate the audit opening meeting and closing meetings

Communicate with the contract, department or discipline regarding audit events and findings

Track and drive the audit findings till they are closed to the satisfaction of the contract & discipline owner

Work in concert with the quality admin to create an audit dashboard

Maintain the Quality superintendents, Quality, Construction & area managers informed of all major audit findings

Quality Administrator– manages the administration of the quality documentation log; consisting of the Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Preventative Action Reports (PAR), Corrective Action Reports (CAR), Notice for Inspections (NFIs). The administrator shall maintain the QA log which is very dynamic, and the finding status will be consistently changing.

The QA administrator will also maintain a quality dashboard extracting the information from internal sources and contractors supplied data. The dashboard will provide a macro view of the quality performance indicators (QPIs) and allow construction to take proactive steps to avoid and mitigate issues. The Quality Administrator shall work in concert with the other quality leads to track the statistics of:

Grout Break Tests

Compaction Test

Pile Driving Tests

Maintain all approved) and the status of approval with the Local Authority Disnaker & Kemnaker

PQRs (Procedure Qualification Test)

WPS (Welding Procedures Specifications)

WPQT (Welder Performance Qualification Tests)

Responsible to receive and coordinate all the RFEs (Request for Examination), then program the inspections with the discipline quality superintendents

Requirements:

Should be a qualified Industrial Engineer or have equivalent experience (for every 5 years of experience equivalent to 1 year of university)

Should have advanced skills in Excel

Must be fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking English & Bahasa Indonesia language

Be proficient in the software Vicio, Power Point, Outlook, Word Aconex, CCMS, Doc-Share,

The candidate should have skills in creating QA/QC charts Pareto, Bar, Histograms, Control (Shewhart), Scatter from databases like excel

Be capable of working with audio visual equipment and setting it up

Proficient working in a team environment

Have excellent organizational skills and be self-motivated and work with little supervision

Having National Professional Certifications of Indonesia and Certified ISO 9001 Auditor

Possesses strong soft skills which are needed in developing positive working relationships with other department managers, upper management, and contractors.

Should possess typical personality traits of Meticulous, Methodical and decisive, humble. He should also be courageous and confident to be able to speak in a respectful manner regardless of the hierarchy and defend to position of quality in meetings and field.
