PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project planning, coordination, and execution for hospitality construction projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects for villas, resorts, restaurants, and wellness facilities.

Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement coordination.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and supervise contractors, consultants, and site engineers.

Ensure all work complies with architectural specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to management.

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Coordinate closely with design, MEP, QS, procurement, and operational teams.

Ensure timely project delivery that aligns with brand and aesthetic standards of Bamboo Lab Architect.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Proven experience as Project Manager in construction, ideally in hospitality (villa, resort, F&B, wellness) projects.

Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Proficient in project management tools and reporting systems.

Based in Lombok or willing to relocate.

Able to join immediately is preferred.
