Job Summary
PT. SAN BADA DEVELOPMENT is looking for a talented and responsible Project Architect to join our growing team in Lombok.
This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, strong in design and coordination, and capable of taking ownership of projects from concept to execution. We are looking for an early team member who wants to grow together with a new company and take on real responsibility from the beginning.
In addition to salary based on experience and qualifications, this role includes performance-based bonuses and project-based incentives for the right candidate.
Job Description
PT. SAN BADA DEVELOPMENT is a newly established property development and project company based in Lombok. We are looking for a strong early team member who can grow together with the company and help turn ideas into real projects.
This is not just a design role. We are looking for someone who can take responsibility, communicate clearly in English, coordinate with different stakeholders, and support projects from design development to execution.
You will work closely with the director and team on villa, hospitality, and property-related projects in Lombok.
Responsibilities
Develop architectural and interior concepts for villas, hospitality, and property-related projects
Prepare drawings, layouts, renderings, presentations, and technical documentation
Support design development from concept stage to implementation
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients
Assist in project planning, design revisions, and material selection
Support project execution and site supervision when required
Monitor project progress and help ensure quality, consistency, and practicality
Work closely with the director and team on multiple ongoing projects
Contribute ideas, problem-solving, and practical design solutions in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Proven experience in architecture, project architecture, interior architecture, or related design fields
Able to manage or lead at least one project independently
Strong sense of responsibility, communication, and problem-solving
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
Experience in Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus
Able to work in Lombok and collaborate in an early-stage company environment
Experience in villa, hospitality, tropical residential, or related projects is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with a high sense of ownership
