OPERATIONS MANAGER

Uryah Hotel Lombok is a boutique resort with 25 rooms and a restaurant outlet, located in Selong Belanak. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance overall resort operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage

Ensure smooth operational workflows and maintain high service standards throughout the property

Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Coordinate interdepartmental communication and performance

Support budgeting, cost control, and operational planning

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve service excellence

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a boutique resort or hospitality industry

Strong understanding of hotel operations and departmental workflows

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Placement: Selong Belanak Area, Lombok
