About the Role

MUNCHIES is currently looking for a capable and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team in Kuta Lombok.

We are a growing hospitality group behind MUNCHIES, JIANG NAN, and YESHI, with a strong focus on quality food, service, and building well-run restaurant operations.

You will be actively involved in day-to-day operations, working closely with service and kitchen teams to maintain standards, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth performance across all areas.

As a key member of the management team, you will play an important role in supporting staff performance, strengthening operational systems, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee and manage daily operations across all areas of the restaurants

Ensure smooth service flow and a consistently high standard of guest experience

Lead, supervise, and support staff across departments

Prepare staff schedules and monitor team performance

Implement and improve SOPs, checklists, and operational systems

Maintain standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation

Monitor stock, purchasing, and cost control

Identify operational issues and take practical action to solve them

Support staff training and development to improve consistency and performance

Work closely with management to strengthen operations and support business growth

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant operations

Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and proactive approach

Able to take ownership and manage day-to-day operational responsibilities effectively

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure

Good communication and team management skills

Experience with SOPs, cost control, and staff supervision is a strong advantage

English required, Bahasa Indonesia required
