MEP Technician
Requirements:
Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role in hotel, resort, or commercial buildings
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
Experience with HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, generators, and water systems
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
Able to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
Familiar with Building Management System (BMS) is an advantage
Good understanding of safety standards and procedures.
Physically fit and able to work in various environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
