RESTAURANT MANAGER
Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations, and high standards of food and beverage quality. This role focuses on managing the team, maintaining service excellence, and maximizing revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining high service standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team, including supervisors, captains, and service staff.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Control operational costs, inventory, and stock management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Qualifications:
Indonesian citizen (WNI).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Hospitality or hotel management background is preferred.
