Role Description
PT. Forward Business Solution (Naliavillas) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to join our team and fill the position as Operational Manager immediately, to plan, supervise and overseeing construction Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in in civil engineering or a related field
Proficiency in English both written and spoken (all of daily conversation will be conducted in English)
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
5+ years of experience in Operational Construction Management, or a related field. With proven excellence track record references from previous employers.
Prior experience in leadership or supervisory roles within construction operations.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage stress and prioritize under pressure.
Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders—clients, teams, suppliers, etc.
Availability to work on-site or travel to multiple construction sites.
Physically able to inspect construction sites when required.
Creative, highly initiative, and able to work under deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday (08.00-12.00 and 13.30-17.00)
Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok (Kuta, Pujut)
Responsibilities
Manage workers and employees.
Oversee daily operations of construction projects and ensure smooth execution.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
Coordinate between clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams.
Implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor project progress, resolve delays or issues, and ensure quality standards.
Review 3D models and DED drawings along with Civil Engineer staff.
Make and archive legal documents for the company.
Manage procurement for landscape and construction.
Make appointments and attend meetings.
Coordinate with consultants with the help of Administrative Staff.
Assist Director on communications with local third parties
Qualifications
Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
Very good knowledge and proficiency on excel and spreadsheet
Professional English knowledge (spoken/written)
Willing to relocate and stays in Kuta, Lombok
Ability to work in a team
Complete two years of relevant work experience
