ARCA Group is looking for a Laboratory Assistant to support our water quality and production analysis at our farming operations in Tambora, West Nusa Tenggara.

Behind every healthy pond is data. Behind that data is someone who collected it carefully and analyzed it accurately. That's the role we're hiring for.

What you'll be doing:

— Conducting water quality tests and recording results accurately

— Supporting analysis of water, soil, and biological samples from active ponds

— Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment

— Supporting lab data documentation for production traceability

What we're looking for:

— Min. 1 year experience

— D3/S1 in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Biology, or related field

— Detail-oriented and methodical — lab work demands precision

— Willing to be based in Tambora, NTB (accommodation provided)
