Kitchen & Housekeeping All-Rounder

Nucifera Hotel is a boutique 12-room property with a pool and daily breakfast service in the heart of Kuta Lombok. We are looking for a motivated and versatile team member who thrives in a small, dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering a warm guest experience every day.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Breakfast & coffee service - Prepare and serve daily breakfast, operate espresso equipment, and prepare coffee drinks for guests.

Kitchen preparation - Handle cooking and food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, stock, and hygiene standards.

Housekeeping support - Assist with room turnover, linen changes, and maintaining common areas to hotel standards.

Guest interaction - Serve and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner throughout the day.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic English communication skills, able to interact with international guests.

Experience in a kitchen, café, or food and beverage environment.

Comfortable with basic coffee preparation (training provided if needed).

Flexible, reliable, and willing to help wherever needed.

Positive attitude and genuine care for guest comfort.

Based in or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok.
