INTERNAL AUDIT & ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE (IA & AR)

Job Overview:

The Internal Audit & Account Receivable is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, monitoring internal controls, and managing the company’s receivables. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial discipline, supporting compliance, and optimizing cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit:

Conduct regular internal audits on financial and operational processes

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and financial regulations

Identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

Prepare audit reports and provide recommendations to management

Monitor follow-up actions on audit findings

Account Receivable:

Monitor and manage outstanding invoices and customer accounts

Ensure timely billing and accurate recording of receivables

Follow up on overdue payments and maintain strong client communication

Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are recorded

Generate AR aging reports and assist in cash flow monitoring

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in internal audit and accounts receivable

Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Willing to be placed in Central Lombok (Lombok Tengah)
