Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or F&B industry.
Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Regulations and HR bes practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and administrative documentation).
Experience recruiting for front-of-house and back-of-house roles.
Understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
Ability to manage staff scheduling and workforce planning.
Familiarity with shift-based workforce system.
Have experience conducting staff training and developments programs.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
