General Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Minimum Diploma education in a relevant major for all positions
Familiarity with pre-opening properties in a lifestyle hotel is an advantage (for all positions in the West Nusa Tenggara area)
Fluent in English for all positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
