Requirement
Minimum 1 year in the same field.
Honest,Trustworthy,Goood Communication and Energic.
Strong leadership,well organized and result oriented.
Familiar with software (windows,Ms.word,Ms.Excel,Spreadsheet etc).
Strong practicial and proven knowledge or Recruitment.
HR Oprational,Compensation and benifit.
Good problem analysis and problem solving.
Have a good attention to details and keep time.
Industrial and employee relation.
Familiar with payroll process.
Understanding about employment laws and regulations
Familiarity with HR software, data analytics, and digital platforms
