HEAD CHEF
Uryah Hotel Lombok is a boutique resort with 25 rooms and a restaurant outlet located in Selong Belanak. We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality of food
Develop creative menus aligned with the resort's concept and guest preferences
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation
Control food cost, purchasing, and inventory management
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen team members
Coordinate closely with the Restaurant & Bar team to ensure a smooth service flow
Monitor product quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and daily Food & Beverage workflow
Creative in menu development with attention to quality and presentation
Knowledge of food cost control and inventory management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Able to work under pressure and maintain consistency
Placement: Selong Belanak Area, Lombok
