Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Have an experience in the same position
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Well-groomed, professional appearance
Familiar with hotel systems
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Experience working in a hotel or resort
