FRONT OFFICE OPERATOR

Job Overview:

As a Front Office Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all incoming calls, guest requests and communication with various departments. You play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional ang friendlu service.

Key Responsibilties:

Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, service and room availability

Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments

Assist with guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly

Maintain clear and effective commucation within the Front Office team

Ensure all wake-up calls and messages are delivered on time

Record and update guest information accurately in the system

uphold the hotel's service standards and brand image at all time

Qualification:

Indonesian citizen (WNI)

Minimum 1 experience in similiar position

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)

Strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills

Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude

Able to work in shift, including weekends & Public Holidays

Familiar with hotel systems is an advantage

Willing to be placed in Lombok Tengah
