FRONT OFFICE OPERATOR
Job Overview
As a Front Office Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling all incoming calls, guest requests, and communication with various departments. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through professional and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and room availability.
* Coordinate guest requests with relevant departments.
* Assist with guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
* Maintain clear and effective communication within the Front Office team.
* Ensure all wake-up calls and messages are delivered on time.
* Record and update guest information accurately in the system.
* Uphold the hotel's service standards and brand image at all times.
Qualifications
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
* Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
* Familiarity with hotel systems is an advantage.
* Willing to be placed in Central Lombok.
