FRONT OFFICE
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Handle check-in and check-out efficiently following company procedures
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the PMS
Provide accurate information about our facilities, villa's and restaurant
Coordinate guest requests and communicate with housekeeping and other departments
Monitor room availability and ensure smooth room readiness with housekeeping
Assist in coordinating guest experiences across all departments
Support daily reports on arrivals, departures, and occupancy
Handle minor guest concerns or unexpected situations calmly and professionally
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or front office
Strong communication, English and interpersonal skills
Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS)
Familiarity with booking platforms (OTA) such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Basic computer skills (email, reports, spreadsheets)
