Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality / front office / guest service
Good communication skills (friendly & professional)
Able to speak basic English
Familiar with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Agoda) (nilai plus)
Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
Well-groomed & presentable
Able to work shift
