Front Desk Officer

At Green Poya Resort, we create meaningful guest experiences inspired by nature, comfort, and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to be the face of our resort and deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure.

✨ What You Will Do

- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

- Handle check-in & check-out efficiently

- Manage guest requests and provide personalized service

- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations team

- Handle guest billing, payments, and restaurant transactions accurately

- Ensure smooth communication between front desk and restaurant operations

- Maintain accurate records using Property Management System (PMS)

🌱 What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English (spoken & written)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Familiar with PMS (Property Management System)

- Understanding of guest billing and payment handling

- Friendly, well-presented, and service-oriented

- Minimum 3 years experience in a 4–5 star hotel or resort
