Front Desk
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front office
Must understand and speak English well
Outgoing, willing to learn, and a team player
Experience in managing and setting up OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Traveloka
Good attitude and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow up on tasks
Presentable and responsible
Knowledge of Instagram and ability to post daily photos and videos on Instagram Stories
