Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Front Desk, or Guest Relations
Confident in English, both spoken and written
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiar with basic hotel systems, including reservations and front office operations
Well-presented with a calm and professional manner
Detail-oriented with a natural sense of hospitality
Available to start immediately
