WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF (HOSPITALITY)
We are a growing Villa & Restaurant Management Company in Lombok seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance & Accounting Staff with experience in hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions for villa and restaurant operations
- Record and reconcile revenue from room bookings and F&B sales
- Prepare monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, basic Balance Sheet)
- Monitor and control operational costs (food cost, utilities, expenses)
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Support inventory and stock reporting for restaurant operations
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience (villa, hotel, or restaurant preferred)
- Familiar with POS systems and revenue reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Experience handling multi-unit villa or resort operations is a plus
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
