Daily Worker Engineering

What You’ll Do:

Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs of all villa facilities, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general equipment.

Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure all systems operate efficiently and to minimize breakdowns.

Identify technical issues promptly and provide effective solutions to avoid disruption to the guest experience.

Ensure all public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas are well maintained and in proper working condition.

Respond quickly to urgent maintenance issues or guest complaints related to engineering matters.

Assist in renovation, installation, and improvement works as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel, villa, or property maintenance is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance.

Able to use basic tools and equipment properly.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.

Basic communication skills and able to understand instructions clearly.
