Chief Accountant
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort accounting is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Experience with accounting software and hospitality systems (PMS/POS).
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable. and payroll.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Produce management reports, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis.
Lead the annual budgeting process in coordination with department heads.
Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections
