Chef De Partie (Pastry)
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role (hotel/resort/fine dining)
Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, and dessert techniques
Creativity and innovation in dessert presentation
Ability to maintain high-quality food standards and consistency
Good leadership & team supervision skills
Knowledge of HACCP & hygiene standards
Strong team work and good communication skill
