Chef de Partie
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Commis Chef or Chef de Partie (experience in catering or canteen operations is a plus).
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/sanitation).
Able to cook in high volumes while maintaining consistent taste and quality.
Disciplined, honest, and able to maintain a positive attitude in an educational environment.
Physically and mentally fit.
