A unique beachfront resort in Gili Trawangan is inviting passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team for the following positions:

Housekeeping Supervisor

Front Desk Agent

Outlet Cashier

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position

Good leadership and team management skills (1)

Good understanding of housekeeping operations, cleanliness standards, and room inspection procedures (1)

Experience in handling guest check-in and check-out, as well as guest services (2)

Familiar with hotel systems and reservation handling (2)

Able to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner (2)

Familiar with POS systems and cash handling procedures (3)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English, both spoken and written (1)(2)

Responsible, honest, and disciplined

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
