BARTENDER
Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Bartender to join our team. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
* Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
* Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and utensils.
* Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of any shortages.
* Ensure proper handling of cash and billing transactions.
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
* Create a positive guest experience and handle guest complaints professionally.
* Assist with bar inventory and daily opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in Food and Beverage Service.
* Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage preparation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
* Strong teamwork and customer service attitude.
* Basic English communication skills are preferred.
* Hospitality background or relevant certification is an advantage.
