We are SAN BADA DEVELOPMENT, a new development company based in Lombok, built by young professionals with backgrounds in architecture, project management, property development, and site coordination.
We are currently looking for committed team members to grow with us.

Architect
Civil Engineer
Important:
This position is for people who are already based in Lombok, or ready to work in Lombok full-time.
Our office is currently in Praya, and we are planning to move to Kuta in the future.
Who we are looking for:
Someone with a strong sense of responsibility
Someone with solid technical understanding and good communication skills
Someone who can work closely with the team and take ownership of their role
Someone who wants to grow together with a young and developing company
Someone who can also think practically about materials, construction costs, budgeting, and cost control
Fluent in English ONLY
Scope of work may include:
Design development
Working drawings
Site coordination
Coordination with contractors and project team
Preparing quotations and estimating project costs
Controlling unit costs based on materials and construction methods
Supporting budget planning and cost efficiency during project development
Compensation:
Salary will be based on experience and capability
