📋 Job Description:
1. Prepare and submit regular reports on regional performance and operations
2. Provide key data updates: attendance, recruitment, and operations
3. Supervise the recruitment process of Sales team efficiently
4. Ensure proper onboarding process for new Sales members
5. Willing to travel to assigned areas
🔍 Qualifications:
1. Strong communication and coordination skills
2. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and mobile-ready
3. Experience in recruitment or field team supervision is a plus
