We're Hiring — Teknisi Budidaya / Aquaculture Technician

🌊 ARCA Group is hiring Aquaculture Technicians (Teknisi Budidaya) for our farming operations in Tambora, West Nusa Tenggara.

We're not looking for someone to follow a checklist. We're looking for people who understand what's happening in a pond — and know what to do when something isn't right.

What we're looking for:

— 3–5 years hands-on experience in shrimp aquaculture

— D3/S1 in Fisheries, Aquaculture, or related field

— Strong grasp of water quality management and Vannamei biology

— Familiar with biosecurity protocols and disease prevention (WSSV, EHP)

— Willing to be based in Tambora, NTB — this is a field role, not a desk job
