Aquaculture Technical Operation
(Based on project position)
Responsibilities
Provide technical support, mentoring, and solutions to farmers; monitor water quality, feed management, and laboratory analysis.
Manage shrimp cultivation in nursery and grow-out ponds.
Working Details
Willing to work in the field (mobile).
Work location: Sumbawa area.
Preference will be given to candidates from West Nusa Tenggara.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum education: Diploma IV or Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, or other relevant majors.
Minimum 3 years of experience in shrimp farming.
Experience as a technician or technical support in shrimp ponds, hatcheries, nurseries, or RAS.
Strong understanding of water quality control and improvement.
Understanding of management systems and feeding programs.
Understanding of aquaculture performance parameters.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
