Job Description:
Make daily Petty Cash reports in Banjarmasin and report to Jakarta.
Input office cash transactions in Acumatica.
Input operational cash transactions outside CARF and release AP Bill in Acumatica.
Scan cash office documents and fill documents.
Carrying out cash and Pelindo Mandiri bank collections at Accumatica.
Determine COA for costs in operational cash.
Reconcile and be responsible for the cash balance value of Pelindo's office, operations, and Bank Mandiri.
Do FP by the invoice issued by the finance team.
Carry out PPH 23 recapitulation from customers.
Regularly check and control office atk and pantry.
Fill documents per transaction.
