WELLNESS MANAGER

Job Overview:

Oversees the entire operation of the Wellness Department, including Yoga, spa services, gym facilities, and wellness programming. Responsible for service quality, developing health programs, and achieving departmental revenue targets.

Key Responsibilties:

Oversee daily operations of Spa & Wellness facilities (Spa, Gym, Yoga Wellness Programs).

Ensure complience with health, safety, hygiene & Sanitation Standards.

Monitor inventory, product quality & supplier coordination.

Control operational budget, revenue targets & cost efficiency.

Manage, train & motivate the wellness team to achieve performance targets.

Create promotional strategies to increase wellness revenue.

Maintain strong guest engagement & handle guest feedback professionally.

Prepare monthly reports on revenue performance, guest satisfaction & team productivity.

Qualification:

Indonesian Citizen (WNI),

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spa management within luxury hotels or resorts.

Strong knowledge of spa operations, wellness treatments, and hospitality standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to manage budgets. scheduling, and operational procedures effectively.

Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality. Wellness, or related fields is preferred.

Passionate about wellness and delivering memorable guest experiences.
