Minimum high school diploma (SMA/sederajat)
Experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus
Friendly, polite, and guest-focused by nature
Basic spoken and written English (essential)
Calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
Flexible with shifts, weekends & holidays
