🌿 We’re Hiring: Urban Designer

📍 Location: Kuta, Lombok Tengah

PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we have proudly operated restaurants, boutique villas, and a beach club, and are developing an ocean club, villas, and resorts in Kuta, Lombok. 

We are looking for an Urban Designer who is passionate about placemaking, local culture, and sustainable development. This role focuses on exploring the potential of local environments and translating cultural, environmental, and regional insights into meaningful urban and architectural concepts.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field

✅ Strong interest in placemaking, sustainable development, and community-driven design

✅ Ability to conduct research and translate insights into spatial design concepts

✅ Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills

✅ Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, GIS, or similar software is an advantage

✅ Strong visual communication and presentation skills

✅ Good english communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
