Experience in the related field with retail gadget sales, min. 1-2 years, competitor company preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong market and data analysis skills
Familiar with office software
Team leading experience
Fluency in English is a must

Expand new customers/dealers, build good relationships with dealers and team
Enhance the store image, improve the image of the Companys multiple products
Responsible for monthly Sell-through and Sell-out targets
Responsible for gift allocation
Oversee promoter performance with trainer to ensure smooth operations
Update job assessment monthly based on regional and country strategies
