Production/Technical/Projects Part 1
Maintain the reliability, safety, and efficiency of the mechanical systems of the Steam Turbine Generators (STG) and Auxiliary Boilers, including associated infrastructure and equipment of the AMMAN Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island, Indonesia, in order to maximize the uptime of plant and machinery.
Monitor the deployment and productivity of the outsourced maintenance team responsible for mechanical maintenance activities under the assigned jurisdiction, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and health, safety, and environmental standards.
Develop maintenance strategies and schedules for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operational performance.
Plan, supervise, and execute preventive maintenance, condition-based maintenance (CBM) schedules, as well as monthly and annual shutdown plans for all mechanical equipment of the Steam Turbine Generators (STG) and Auxiliary Boilers, including their associated infrastructure and equipment, in coordination with the Smelter Operations team through external vendors to maximize machine contribution, plant availability, and uptime.
