🧖‍♀️Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment (minimum 2 years preferred).

• Experience in 5-star hotels or high-end spa environments is a strong plus.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide a team.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• High attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

• Ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

• Well-organized with strong time management skills.

• Understanding of spa treatments and service flow is a plus.

• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.

• Fluent in English (Indonesian required)

• Available to work weekends and evenings.

• Currently living in Lombok or willing to relocate to Kuta, Lombok.
