We are a boutique hotel with a vegan café/restaurant in Selong Belanak, passionate about fresh and healthy food.
Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
Ensure strong attention to plating and presentation
Guide and support the kitchen team
Supervise mise en place and station readiness
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen organization
Support stock control and ingredient quality checks
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
Basic English communication skills
Experience with plant-based cuisine is a plus
