GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Maximum age of 40 years at the time of application.
Demonstrable expertise in Italian cuisine.
Fluent in English communication.
Professional experience in a professional kitchen.
A strong understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and kitchen hygiene is required.
The ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise during service is critical for success.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands is highly valued.
