About the Role
Mandala Terra Capital (MTC) is a growing property and lifestyle investment company based in Lombok.
We’re looking for a responsible Social Media Manager with a hands-on, proactive mindset. This role suits someone who is early in their career but serious, hungry to grow, and excited by building something from the ground up.
A university degree is not necessary; real skills, consistency, and initiative matter most. Once trust is built, you’ll have the freedom to work largely autonomously.
What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, create, and publish social media content (daily / weekly / monthly)
Shoot and edit content using phone or camera (drone is a bonus)
Write clear, engaging captions that fit our brand tone
Manage posting schedules and content calendars
Engage with followers and respond to messages professionally
Track basic performance metrics and improve content over time
Stay up to date with platform trends and algorithm changes
Support simple paid promotions when needed (guidance provided)
Help protect brand image through thoughtful online communication
Who This Role Is For
2+ years experience managing social media accounts (brand, business, or personal brand)
Comfortable creating content independently
Understands Facebook, Instagram & TikTok well (analytics at an intermediate level)
Can edit photos & videos using:
Photoshop / Lightroom
CapCut / Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
Good English (written and spoken)
Organised, reliable, and proactive
Wants to grow with a start-up, not hide inside a big company
Willing to work in-house in Kuta, Central Lombok
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in property, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Basic copywriting or storytelling ability
Drone operation experience
Experience working directly with founders
