We need an SEO Specialist who can navigate these diverse industries and put our ventures on the digital map.
The Role
You won't be bored here. You will manage the organic growth for three distinct pillars:
Real Estate: Ranking our property listings for international investors.
Coffee: Boosting local "near me" searches for our cafe and e-commerce for our beans.
Branding Agency: Showcasing our digital expertise to attract B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Local SEO (Coffee): Optimize "near me" searches and Google Business Profiles to drive foot traffic to our coffee locations in Lombok.
High-Intent SEO (Real Estate): Target global keywords for luxury villas and land investments to capture international leads.
B2B Content (Branding): Create an authority-building strategy for our agency wing to rank for creative and marketing services.
Technical Health: Maintain fast, mobile-friendly websites across our different brand domains.
Conversion Optimization: It’s not just about clicks; you’ll work to ensure visitors actually book a villa viewing or buy a bag of coffee.
Skills & Qualifications
2–4 Years Experience: Ideally with a mix of E-commerce (Coffee) and Lead Gen (Real Estate).
Versatility: Ability to switch tone from "lifestyle/foodie" to "professional investor."
Local SEO Mastery: Expert knowledge of Google Maps, reviews, and local citations.
Tools: Proficient in Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4.
English & Indonesian: Strong enough to coordinate content in both languages (essential for Lombok's tourist/expat market).
