We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor from the gadget / smartphone industry to lead the team and drive sales growth across assigned areas.

✨ Job Description

• Develop and expand dealer and customer networks, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and partners

• Improve brand presence and product visibility across retail stores

• Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets (sell-through & sell-out)

• Manage allocation and distribution of promotional programs and incentives

• Collaborate with trainers to ensure optimal promoter performance

• Conduct regular performance evaluations aligned with regional and national strategies

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance in the assigned area

🧩 Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Supervisor / Team Leader in gadget / smartphone / consumer electronics industry

• Proven experience in leading sales teams or promoters

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Highly target-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Strong analytical skills in market and sales data analysis

• Fast learner, problem solver, and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Good command of English (spoken & written) is a plus

• Willing to work in the field (mobile)
