We Are Hiring: Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution management within the FMCG industry.
Proven track record in sales management, target achievement, and market expansion within the FMCG and distribution sector at a regional level.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve sales targets in the designated area.
Ability to implement strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
Understanding of distribution networks, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles.
Ability to manage operational costs within the assigned area to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Ensure timely and accurate product delivery according to established targets.
Ability to manage the end-to-end sales distribution process for the region, including sales, accounts receivable, warehouse, and logistics.
Excellent leadership ability, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation skills, and clear and concise communication skills.
Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and budget management.
