Job Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor

Samara Lombok is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. If you are passionate about cost management, construction efficiency, and delivering high-quality projects, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets

• Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenditures

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules

• Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing

• Perform site visits and assess work progress for payment claims

• Ensure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (preferably in property, hospitality, or construction projects)

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation software

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented with good communication skills

• Able to work independently and within a team
