PT. Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures. Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we have proudly operated restaurants, boutique villas, and a beach club, and are developing an ocean club, villas, and resorts in Kuta, Lombok.

We are looking for a skilled MEP Design Engineer to design and develop building mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and gas systems, while coordinating closely with architects and project teams to ensure efficient and integrated building design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design HVAC systems for hospitality and commercial buildings.

Prepare plumbing and drainage system designs according to project requirements and regulations.

Develop gas system planning and layouts for building facilities.

Produce MEP design drawings, calculations, and technical documentation.

Coordinate closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams during the design phase.

Ensure MEP systems are integrated efficiently within the overall building design.

Review design specifications and provide technical recommendations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and gas systems design.

Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

Able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Fluent in English is preferred.

Willing to be based in Kuta, Lombok.
