About the role

Unreal Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property in the stunning location of Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our world-class hospitality offering. As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the property's operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations

Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy, revenue, and profitability

Manage the property's budget, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting

Liaise with the marketing team to promote the property and drive bookings

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar property management role, preferably in the hotel industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service

Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Knowledgeable in hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Fluency in English
